Orestis Hadjipanayis

Co-Founder

Orestis is a deep value investor and entrepreneur for more than 15 years. He has been managing Crevalon Fund (AIF Fund incorporated in Cyprus) and the Panayi Partners Family trust through these years. His investment track-record ranks among the highest in Greece and Cyprus and is available upon request.

He possesses broad, technical trading experience in traditional and value-oriented sectors such as mining, energy, banking and insurance with successful investments in all.

Orestis holds a BSc in Chemistry and MSc in Finance, both from Imperial College London.

Panayiotis Gregoriades

Non-Executive Director

Panayiotis is the founder and CEO of Asgard Consulting Ltd, a business consulting firm specialising in tax compliance services. Having 10 years of experience at KPMG Limited in audit and corporate services he has gained valuable experience with high-net-worth individuals through a holistic business prism and has gained extensive experience in client advisory services with a focus on regulatory disclosure requirements.

By combining a chartered accounting qualification with a strong technical background, he builds long-lasting relationships and provides comprehensive regulatory services and fund services to family offices, service providers and internationally high net worth Individuals worldwide. He is An ACA member of the ICAEW a SELK member and a holder of both the Advanced and the AML Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission Qualifications.

Panayiotis holds a BSc in Accounting and Finance from Lancaster University.

Savvas Savva

Executive Director / Co-Founder

Savvas has over 10 years of experience in trading in financial markets, with a career focus on Emerging Markets. He started his career as a trader on the Credit Derivatives and Hybrids desk at VTB Capital London. He traded a range of financial instruments such as FX, credit default swaps, credit-linked notes, FX options, interest rate swaps among others for directional or hedging purposes. Later he worked as a market-maker for Russian sovereign and financials bonds for VTB Capital, managing consistent profitability within the set risk mandates.

In 2018, he joined Athlos Capital in Cyprus as an Executive Director and head of the Emerging Markets desk, which he built from scratch. He was also instrumental in augmenting the company’s overall execution capabilities.

Savvas holds a BSc in Economics and an MSc in Finance and Economics, both from the London School of Economics.
